The long lost Son of serial killer John Wayne Gacy, Duke, confronts his 10 year old self in a dream and blames him for his murderous desires for not confronting and murdering a group of teenage boys who tormented him when he was a boy.

He later imagines killing multiple young victims before imagining the ultimate fantasy- the brutal murder of his 10 year old self!

Ultimately, Duke - the son of Gacy - decides to find his father and asks him to teach him how to be a successful murderer.
