This feature film includes new footage as well as re-edited previously released scenes from underground film maker, Todd Russell and features some of his most compelling and disturbing characters including the original "Psycho Sisters", the Demented Doctor, and Gerry, an aging perverted psychopath plus "The Lunatic'ler" - a killer clown who tickles and then strangles his young victims to death.
