Told from the actual words of Jeffrey Dahmer, the infamous serial killer responsible to the deaths and mutilations of at least 17 young men, this story details Dahmer's relations with his victims both pre and postmortem. It also examines his relations with his clueless neighbors and grandmother.

The DVD contains the 90 minute directors version of the movie, plus teasers and trailers, a making of documentary, alternate scenes plus the short film: COOKING WITH FISH about Albert Fish a 1930s serial cannibal who may have influenced Jeffrey Dahmer.
